2. Reservations & Payment
All casino hotel reservations require a valid payment method at booking. Rates, availability, and casino hotel packages are subject to change without notice until confirmed.
3. Casino Floor Access & Age Requirements
Access to the casino floor is restricted to guests 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification. Lagoon Luck Casino Hotel reserves the right to refuse casino floor entry to any individual who does not meet these requirements.
4. Responsible Gaming
Guests are encouraged to gamble responsibly. Self-exclusion and support resources are available through our casino hotel compliance office. Casino play is undertaken at the guest's own risk and discretion.
5. Cancellation Policy
